Agievision Cut

Vertex

  • These PPs allow now to override the Punch/Die and Left/Right offset side SBL command automatically generated until now. In the specific Tool dialog panel the user can select a box to activate this function. Requested by AGIE Losone (Luescher)
  • These PPs can now be configured to set a taper value appearing in SBL code. Requested by AGIE Italia, call 6992.

Agievision Cut Pro

  • It can generate Taper sectors and Clearance by setting the related parameter in the tool. Requested by Salice (call 7075 )
  • This PP generates now tangent entry and exit SBL commands.
  • Minimum Radius Last Cut value now is saved correctly.

  • Modified to produce main NC Block numbering when numbering is not active in the PP configuration panel. Main NC block is the first line of each profile. This allows the user to easily find the start of the shapes at the machine screen.

Operations (.OPE)  
Entry, Exit
  • These operations define the groove type of profile entry and exit. This groove has been requested to avoid the wire mark by removing material around the entry point.
Round
  • If external rounding of 0 mm (no external rounding) and internal rounding of more than 0 mm were programmed, the external rounding were generated anyway with the size given in R2. This wrong behavior has been corrected. (Call 7034).
  • The internal over cut rounding case, has been modified to allow positioning of rounding arc based on length. The length parameter can vary between 0 and the rounding value.
Conic
  • If the requested taper angle is too large for the input profile and generates undercuts or intersecting taper profiles, a warning message is issued.
  • Modified to accept non tangent profiles.

Conical Surfaces
  • Modified to accept non tangent profiles, if "Conic arc type: ISO" is selected.
Workpiece
  • Modified to be closer to AGIEVision requirements. Allows now to enter Reference Point relative to the Measurable Point. The Reference Point is now shown with a blue point and Measurable Point with a red one. Requested by Lovera, AGIE Italia.
  • Added language localization and graphical description of parameters.
List of thread points
  • The profile length includes now the entry length. Total cumulated length has been added.
  
CAD 
  • Same circles are now correctly deleted in the Reorganise function of CAD. Found by Hager (call 7047). Same points are now deleted too. Requested by Hager (call 7007).
  • Now the toolbars layout can be saved explicitly by executing the "Save toolbars layout" command in the "View" menu. If, after disposing and saving toolbars layout, the toolbars are in the wrong position, closing and reopening the CAD window will restore the saved configuration.
  • Corrected bug. Problem by absolute translations.
  • New Features
    1. Incremental distance dimensioning: After selecting the reference point it is possible to measure following distances by click on the next point to measure.
    2. Angle dimensioning: New method to dimension an angle by selecting two segments (angle measured counter clockwise from the first selected line to the second selected line)
    3. Rounding arcs: New method to construct a rounding arc between two non intersecting lines. The arc will take his style from the second selected segment.
    4. Zoom: it is possible to zoom by pressing "Shift" and the middle mouse button.
    5. Pan: it is possible panning by pressing "Alt" and the middle mouse button

  • The checkbox "skip trim cuts" value is persistent.
    Persistent values of the generic wizard are stored in the "wizSettings.xml" file inside PCam folder.
