|
Fanuc Alpha | - D and S registers are now accepted up to 10000.
- The SW cannot determine if an open contour is to be considered Punch or Die. This happens when operations CUT, ENTRY tangent, EXIT tangent, are applied to a closed contour. The tool of this PP allows now to indicate if open contours must be considered as punches or dies and the M27 M28 M37 M38 functions will be correctly generated. The closed contours continue to be automatically detected. It is clear that open contours cannot be at the same time punches and dies in the same JOB.

| |
| Tools (.TOO) | - AGIE Vertex Tool: 2-wire dialog simplified according to the new Agie specifications.
|
| |
| Entry, Exit (.OPE) | - These operations define the groove type of profile entry and exit. This groove has been requested to avoid the wire mark by removing material around the entry point.
|
| Round (.OPE) | - The internal over cut rounding case, has been modified to allow positioning of rounding arc based on length. The length parameter can vary between 0 and the rounding value.
|
| Conic (.OPE) | - If the requested taper angle is too large for the input profile and generates undercuts or intersecting taper profiles, a warning message is issued.
- New implementation of Conic OPE - Constant angle. It now accepts profiles containing non tangent lines.
|
Revert, Cut (.OPE) | - These operations have been modified to avoid the deletion of the commands generated by other operations. This bug has been particularly visible with the use of Conic.ope.
|
| | |
Extension Conical Surfaces | - Modified to accept non tangent profiles, if "Conic arc type: ISO" is selected.
- The modification of conic level will now look for undercuts in the upper profile. These are announced by a message. Returning back the the original level will restore the correct profile eliminating the undercuts.
- This module has been implemented:
- LCL is no more required. The contour can contain a sequence of consecutive segments and arcs. But, segments MUST NOT be collinear and arcs must be tangent.
- Consecutive arcs can only have constant taper angle. To change the angle, select the segment preceding or following them and enter the desired angle value.
- Undercuts can appear in some cases due to the particular geometric situation. As usual they can be shown with pink points by activating the "Contour Direction" display function.
|
| Extension Gear | - New gear report in html format generated pressing the 'protocol' button
|
| Extension Standard Contours | - Solved problem with negative values in the polyline generation from TXT file.
|
| Workpiece module | - Modified to be closer to AGIEVision requirements. Allows now to enter Reference Point relative to the Measurable Point. The Reference Point is now shown with a blue point and Measurable Point with a red one. Requested by AGIE Italia.
- Added language localization and graphical description of parameters.
|
| |
| CAD | - Same circles are now correctly deleted in the Reorganise function of CAD. Same points are now deleted too.
- Now the toolbars layout can be saved explicitly by executing the "Save toolbars layout" command in the "View" menu. If, after disposing and saving toolbars layout, the toolbars are in the wrong position, closing and reopening the CAD window will restore the saved configuration.
- Corrected bug. Problem by absolute translations.
- New Features
- Incremental distance dimensioning: After selecting the reference point it is possible to measure following distances by click on the next point to measure.
- Angle dimensioning: New method to dimension an angle by selecting two segments (angle measured counter clockwise from the first selected line to the second selected line)
- Rounding arcs: New method to construct a rounding arc between two non intersecting lines. The arc will take his style from the second selected segment.
- Zoom: it is possible to zoom by pressing "Shift" and the middle mouse button.
- Pan: it is possible panning by pressing "Alt" and the middle mouse button
- Configurable tolerance in contour creation
It is possible to configure the tolerance value used during the contour creation. A button on the PCam CAD toolbar opens a panel that allows the change of the tolerance value. - Rectangle entity is now accepted as contour. A rectangle without point is accepted and its center will be automatically set as start point. If a point is selected with a rectangle, this point will be used as start point and the closest rectangle side as the start side. It is possible to select many rectangles and points together. The closest points to the rectangles are associated and used to build the contours. NO available on rectangles and circles.
- Contour elements color handling has been modified to avoid to lose default colors when broking the contour.
|
| | |
| Wizard Generic | - The checkbox "skip trim cuts" value is persistent. This is important to create the right number of ISO files for AgieVision.
Persistent values of the Generic wizard are stored in the "wizSettings.xml" file inside PCam folder.
